1. Definitions

2. Categories of Personal Data We Collect and Sources
We collect personal data only when necessary and with your consent (unless an exception under the PDPA applies, such as for contractual obligations). Data is collected directly from you (e.g., via forms or contracts), automatically (e.g., via cookies), or from third parties (e.g., social media APIs).
2.1. Website Visitors

3. Purposes of Collection, Use, and Disclosure
We collect, use, and disclose personal data for the following purposes, notified to you at or before the time of collection. We obtain your consent unless deemed consent or another PDPA exception applies (e.g., for contractual necessity or legal obligations):

Platform Operation: To provide access and analyze usage (e.g., via Google Analytics). Basis: Consent or legitimate business purposes.

Account and Campaign Management: To create/manage accounts, facilitate campaigns/IOs, and process payments. Basis: Contractual necessity.

5. International Data Transfers
Personal data is primarily processed in Singapore. For transfers outside Singapore (e.g., to Indonesia for operations or Google in the US), we ensure the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, such as through binding contractual clauses or other approved mechanisms.
6. Data Retention and Accuracy
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or for legal/business requirements:

Campaign/Contract Data: 3 years after campaign end (for tax/audit purposes).

We take reasonable steps to ensure data accuracy. Upon request, we will correct inaccurate data. Data no longer needed is securely deleted or anonymized.

Under the PDPA, you have the following rights:

8. Data Protection and Security
We implement reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks. Measures include encryption, firewalls, access controls, and regular audits.
In the event of a data breach causing significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the PDPC as required by law.
