Brand & Content Guidelines
Overview
We value authentic, creative, and positive collaborations with digital creators. To ensure our partnerships reflect our values and protect our community, all influencers and content creators working with us must adhere to the following guidelines.
1. Respect & Inclusivity
- Content must not promote or condone discrimination, hate speech, or harassment based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- All collaborations should encourage respect, tolerance, and inclusion.
2. Content Guidelines
- No harmful or sensitive depictions
Sponsored content must not include depictions or discussions of graphic violence, war, armed conflict, terrorism, disasters, or political unrest. - Eligibility of creators
Creators who have previously engaged with these topics may still be considered for collaboration. Each case will be reviewed individually, with sensitivity to local market sentiment and in consultation with the client. These topics, however, must not appear in sponsored deliverables. - Accuracy of information
Content must not contain misinformation or unverified claims on sensitive issues. All information shared should be accurate, reliable, and fact-checked where necessary.
3. Safety, Legality & Authenticity
- Content must comply with all applicable local and international laws.
- No promotion of, or association with, illegal, dangerous, or unsafe activities.
- All sponsored content must clearly disclose paid brand partnerships as required by law and platform guidelines.
4. Intellectual Property & Brand Representation
- Only use brand assets (logos, products, trademarks) in the ways officially provided and approved by our team.
- Do not alter, parody, or misuse brand materials.
- Do not impersonate the brand or suggest unfounded endorsements.
5. Accurate Claims
- All product or service claims must be truthful, not misleading, and – where relevant – substantiated.
- Never make medical, financial, or legal claims unless expressly instructed and supported by factual evidence.
6. Conflict of Interest
- Please declare any personal, business, or family relationships that may be perceived as a conflict of interest in the course of the partnership.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to review all content associated with our brand and to take appropriate action, including terminating collaborations, if the above guidelines are breached. Compliance with these guidelines is required for participation in current and future campaigns.
